Akshay Kumar ने याआधीही Properties विकल्या यापूर्वी Akshay Kumar ने Borivali Sky City मधील एक Flat ₹4.25 Crore ला विकला होता. Oberoi 360 West मध्ये Bollywood Celebrities Akshay Kumar आणि Twinkle Khanna व्यतिरिक्त Shahid Kapoor, Mira Kapoor, Abhishek Bachchan यांच्याकडेही या Luxurious Residential Project मध्ये Flats आहेत. Akshay Kumar ने Mumbai Real Estate Market मध्ये आणखी एक मोठी Property Deal केली आहे. त्याच्या या Property Investment Strategy मुळे त्याला मोठा नफा झाला आहे.
